万方数据 万方数据 Studies on the Employment Issues of Tourism Management Major of Liaoning Provincial Higher Vocational Colleges Abstract This article is based on the development of the tourism industry, there is a surge in demand for higher vocational tourism management professionals of Liaoning provincial tourism enterprises, the improvement of employment standards which is mainly reflected in the well-adaptive capacity, self-learning ability, highly educated. Meanwhile, a questionnaire research on employment situation of the tourism management major in 28 higher vocational colleges, the current status of employment in the major of tourism management in Liaoning provincial colleges was summarized, including the average employment rate, the initial employment rate, job suited rate , the concerns of tourism enterprises, practical skills, core competencies and so on. To clarify the main issues of graduates employment——the government policy-oriented issues, the realization issues of training objectives, diversification development tourism enterprises and psychological issues of student in employment. For the current situation and issues of employment on the tourism management major students in Liaoning higher vocational colleges, taking the examples of Lausanne Mode—personnel training of EHL, through the research on the concept of Lausanne Mode, connotation, and the feedback effect of the application, inducting some inspiration for the tourism management major employment in Liaoning vocational college, including the security training direction of professionals in the global-industry forum, basic-skills training on campus, curriculum system setting based on the course fields of management , career guidance, alumni, business plan and other aspects, it is a promoting action for the tourism management graduates.
