How much importance attached to the problem and how to address it will definitely affect China’s competitiveness in the international business acitivity. Meanwhile, they reflect to what extent Chinese government concerns about its people and the responsibility the government would be willing to shoulder. In this sense, stressing legal protection for the labours dispatched abroad takes significant theoretical and pragmatical meanings. Part III concerns about the improvement of the legal protection to the labours dispatched abroad. The legal protection of the dispatched labours is a systematic project into which several legal departments and interests subjests are involved. Moreover, it calls for the coordination and cooperation of different government functional departments. Compensation for industrial injury of the labours dispatched abroad remains to be the focus and the most difficult issue. In order to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of this workers, it is of essential necessity to establish and improve the industrial injury insurance system, to crack down upon “unauthorized labour brokers”, to make full play of the government’s function, to enhance relevant legal obligations of the dispatched enterprises. Besides substantive law , procedure law should provide special protection for labours dispatched abroad . This paper analyses the problem and the causes of the problem concerning the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese labours dispatched abroad. Moreover, it offers some legal policies towards the problem. Hopefully, it can promote the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the labours in question.The practicality of the thesis and scarcity of empirical materials and available research results make the accomplishment of the writing a
