VI VI VII VII Abstract From Nineteenth Century, modern technology changed with each passing daywith the rapid development of the communication, transportation, mechanization, social productivity comes to a higher level, and all of this give the possibility of leisure came into average people’s daily life. People get more and more leisure time and leisure material supply, as an inevitable result leisure conduct gain around. In some developed countries, in order to meet the needs for leisure, far sighting entrepreneurs devoted their capital into farms and villages, established all kinds of leisure agriculture, and got excellent economic and social effect. Economics are the study of the social phenomenal, so, leisure come into been. Scholars and specialists began to search for its rules in all scopes o f the learning field even the leisure act of the people in different incomes. Shanxi province is long blocked in the mountains, this effects the balance of the industries suffered the wrong economic stratagem, the potential of economy development is not as people wishes. If don’t adjust the construction of industry into it should be, even the motility of the region economic will get weaker. Leisure Agriculture is a branch of Leisure Industry, it is also a new orientation of the Agriculture, but in our country, especially in Shanxi province, because lack of learning and research, Leisure Agriculture lags far behind its economy development. Under this background, the paper discusses why and how to develop the leisure agriculture in Shanxi province, then argues to use the “diamond theory” to industrialize it. In order to prove the idea, the paper divides into three parts: The first part stresses on theoretic of Leisure: defines the exact meaning of Leisure, Leisure Industry, Leisure Agriculture in the article.
