Daily greetings to the students 2. Free talk. What are we doing now? What do you usually do on weekdays /weekends? (Present take a short/long vacation) What did you do last weekend? 3. Brain storm Collect the names of activities which said by students. Step 2.Presentation 1. Watch a video: Let’s travel. 2. T: Do you like the song? Do you listen to music at home on weekends? What are you doing next weekends? S: I’m visiting my teacher/going shopping. T：What are you doing for vacation? S: I’m babysitting my sister. Talk about : What is she/ he doing for vacation? What are they doing for vacation? Teach camping, babysitting, relaxing at home, spending time with friends, exercising, go bike riding/sightseeing/fishing, take walks, rent videos Step 3.Work on Section B 1a 1. Match the words with the pictures. 2. Write the number of each picture next to the correct activities Step4. Work on Section A 1a Look at the vacation activities in the picture, make a list and add a few more. Step5. Work on Section A 1b Listen to the conversations and number the pictures 1-3.
