黄芪注射液对预防小鼠皮肤衰老的有效性观察 廖勇梅 熊霞 (泸州医学院附属医院皮肤科 四川泸州 646000) [摘要]目的 观察足三里穴位注射黄芪注射液对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠皮肤超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、羟脯氨酸(HYP)、丙二醇(MDA)含量的影响。方法 将小鼠随机分为4组，除正常组意外，剩余45只小鼠皮下注射D-半乳糖制作衰老模型。造模21天后，黄芪组小鼠两侧足三里穴分别注射黄芪注射液0.01ml/d，生理盐水组小鼠在相同穴位注射等量生理盐水。进行21天后，对全部小鼠血清和皮肤组织SOD活力、HYP含量、MDA含量进行测定。结果 模型组小鼠血清与皮肤组织中的各项指标与对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01)。与模型组相比，黄芪组小鼠血清与皮肤组织SOD活力、HYP含量显著升高，MDA含量显著降低(P＜0.01)；生理盐水组小鼠血清与皮肤组织中的各项指标也呈现显著性差异(P＜0.05)，但效果相比黄芪组稍差。结论 黄芪穴位注射对D-半乳糖引起的皮肤衰老具有一定的预防与延缓作用。 [关键词] 黄芪;穴位注射；D-半乳糖；皮肤衰老 Observation of the effectiveness of Astragalus injection in skin of aging mice induced by D- galactose Liao Yongmei? Methods The mice were randomly divided into four group, in addition to the normaI control group，the rest of the group were treated with subcutaneous continuous injection of D-galactose in order to establish mice aging model．The Astragalus group mice was injected with 0.01ml Astragalus in Sanzuli acupoint per day，The saline group mice receied an injection of same amount of saline in the same acupoint. determination of SOD，HYP and MDA changes in the skin tissue and serum was taked after 21 days. Results Every index in the skin tissue and serum had significant difference (P 0.01) between Model group mice and normaI control group. Compared with model group, SOD activity and MDA content in the skin tissue and serum of the Astragalus group mice were significantly raised, HYP content was significantly reduced (P 0.01), every index in the skin tissue and serum of the saline group mice also had significant difference (P 0.05), but its effect was little worse than the Astragalus group mice. ConcIusion Acupoint Injection of Astragalus can prevent and protect against skin aging induced by D- galactose. .Key words： Astragalu
