舒肝解郁胶囊治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的疗效观察 陈忠伦段劲峰(绵阳市中心医院神经内科四川绵阳621000) 【 】目的 观察舒肝解郁胶囊对帕金森病伴抑郁的临床治疗作用。方法 将 66例帕金森病伴抑郁患者随机分为治疗组1组22例、治疗2组22例和对照组 22例。对照组只进行常规治疗，不使用抗抑郁药。治疗组1组在常规治疗的基 础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊，治疗2组在常规治疗的基础上加用盐酸帕罗西汀片。分 别在治疗前及治疗后2周、4周和8周通过HAMD量表对患者抑郁状况进行评 价。结果 治疗4周后，治疗1组及治疗2组的HAMD评分明显低于对照组，差 异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05),这种差异在治疗第8周后更明显(Plt;0.01),治疗1 组及治疗2组中轻度抑郁患者HAMD评分在治疗第2、4、8周均无显著差异 (Pgt；0.05),而在两组中、重度抑郁患者中治疗的4、8周时HAMD评分有显 著差异(Plt;0.05)o结论舒肝解郁胶囊可明显改善帕金森患者的抑郁症状，尤 其适合轻度抑郁患者，且无不良反应发牛，可以提高帕金森患者的牛活质量，值得 临床推广。 【关键词】帕金森病抑郁症状非运动症状舒肝解郁胶囊 【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2012) 22-0125-02 Shugan Jieyu capsule Efficacy of the treatment of Parkinsons disease with depressi on *Chen Zhonglun, WangXin, Shu Muxiao , et al. *Department of Neurology,Mianyang central Hospital ,Mianyang 621000,China? [Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Shugan Jieyu capsule of Parkinsons disease with depression ? Methods: 66 cases of Parkinsons disease with depression were randomly divided into treatment group , a group of 22 cases , treatment of 22 cases and a control group of 22 cases .
