第54卷 第4期 0221-0226 Vol.54，No.4 0221-0226 2018年4月16日 HighVoltageApparatus Apr.16，2018 DOI:10.13296/j.1001-1609.hva.2018.04.034 一种高参数的12kV小型化开关柜设计 孔祥冲， 李政军， 刘立东， 张世晓， 彭凤娟 （益和电气集团股份有限公司，山东青岛 266500） 摘要：针对高海拔、频繁发生温湿风、易出现冷凝现象及污秽地区等环境使用要求，笔者开发出一种12kV小 型化开关柜。该开关柜设计基于KYN28A⁃12型开关柜结构，依据IEC、GB等有关标准，对断路器室、母线室、 电缆室等主要功能单元及内部零部件进行改进设计或创新，经过多次摸底试验，解决其中的绝缘、温升、内 部燃弧等关键问题。新设计的开关柜柜宽650mm，相对地、相间及断口间雷电冲击耐压达95kV，在西安高 压电器研究院通过型式试验验证（包括内部燃弧），具有体积小、绝缘水平高、接地关合及抗内部燃弧能力强 等特点。设计中采取的提高绝缘、增强内部燃弧能力等措施，为今后高海拔地区中压开关设备的设计提供 参考。 关键词：开关柜；小型化；绝缘；内部燃弧；试验验证 DesignofaHighParameter12kVMiniaturizationSwitchgear KONGXiangchong，LIZhengjun，LIULidong，ZHANGShixiao，PENGFengjuan （YiheElectricGroupCo.，Ltd.，ShandongQingdao266500，China） Abstract: A 12kVminiaturizationswitchgearisdeveloped，whichisusedintheregionswithhighaltitude，fre⁃ quenthumidair，easilytoappearcondensationphenomenonandimpurity.BasedonthestructureofKYN28A⁃12 typeswitchgear，accordingtotheIEC，GBandotherrelevantstandards，themainfunctionunitsandinternalcompo⁃ nentsofthecompartment（suchascircuit⁃breaker，busbar，cableetc.）areimprovedorinnovated.Thekeyproblemsof insulation，temperaturerise，internalarcetc，areresolvedafteralotoftests.Thenewdesignedswitchgearcanrealize the650mmswitchgearwidthandthelightningimpulsewithstandvoltageofphase⁃to⁃earth，phase⁃to⁃phaseandthe isolatingdistancereaches95kV，andhavebeenpassedtheverificationbythetypetestingintheXIHARI （includ⁃ ingthearctest）.Theswitchgearhasthecharacteristicsofsmallvolume，highinsulationlevel，strongcapabilityof earthingswitchmakingandbreaking，withstandinginternalarcetc.Themeasurestoimprovetheinsulationand en⁃ hancetheinternalarccapacitywillsupplythereferenceformediumvoltageswitchgeardesigninhighaltitudeareas.
