Methods The number of control group and test group volunteers was 60 respectively. The age, mental state, sleep and diet of the 2 groups were basically the same. There were no significant difference in serum total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) (P0.05). The test group and control group were respectively served with salmon oil soft capsule and placebo, 2 times daily, 1 capsule each time, and 60 consecutive days. Results After 60 days, the serum TC and TG of test group had significant differences with those before eating test and control group (P0.01). There were significant differences between test group after eating test with control group (P0.05) and before eating test (P0.01) in serum low
