手部动力支具在多区肌腱损伤修复术后的应用* 罗桦杰1 詹晓欢1,2 高峻青1# 张家盛1 胡陶1 （1广东省佛山市中医院 佛山528000；2广州中医药大学 广东广州510405） 摘要：目的：探讨手部动力支具在多区肌腱修复术后的临床应用效果。方法：选取2016年6月~2018年6月我院收治的81例肌腱损伤患者作为研究对象，采用随机数表法分为支具组45例和对照组36例。支具组安装手部动力支具进行功能锻炼，并配合中药薰洗；对照组给予常规治疗，并配合中药薰洗。治疗后，用总主动活动度测定法（total active movement，TAM）评定患指肌腱修复后的功能。结果：随访3个月，支具组的综合优良率为87.9%高于对照组的63.9%，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05；支具组的二次松解手术发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义，χ2=3.854，P＝0.048＜0.05；两组均未发生不良反应。结论：手部动力支具能较明显地降低肌腱修复术后粘连的发生率和二次松解手术发生率，安全有效。 关键词：多区肌腱损伤；手部动力支具；中药薰洗；临床应用效果 Application of Hand Dynamic Brace After the Repair of Multi-area Tendon Injury* LUO Hua-jie1, ZHAN Xiao-huan1,2, GAO Jun-qing1#, ZHANG Jia-sheng1, HU Tao1 (1The Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province, Foshan528000; 2The Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou510405) Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of hand dynamic Brace after the repair of Multi-area tendon injury.
