三阴性乳腺癌的药物治疗进展 李学梅周蕾蕾(综述) (遵义医学院四川省人民医院乳腺科四川成都610072) 【摘要】乳腺癌是我国女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。三阴性乳腺癌(triple negative breast cancer, TNBC)是具有特殊牛物学及临床病理学特征的乳腺癌亚型, 以雌激素受体(estrogen receptor, ER) 孕激素受体(progesterone receptor, PR)和 人类表皮生长因子受体 2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, HER-2)表达 均为阴性为其主要特征。具有侵袭性强、进展快、生存率低和预后较其他类型乳 腺癌差的特点。由于缺乏有效的内分泌治疗及靶向治疗，目前以蔥环类为基础的 化疗为主，但疗效欠佳，容易早期局部复发和远处转移，同时该组肿瘤具有高度 异质性，因此三阴性乳腺癌的治疗成为了研究的热点。木文将近些年来有关TNBC 的治疗进展予以综述。 【关键词】三阴乳腺癌；化疗；靶向治疗 【中图分类号】R730.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2015) 23-0006-02 Three negative breast cancer drug treatment progress Li xm, Zhou Lei buds.
