查a!盘茎三壁塑±茎焦迨妻 查a!盘茎三壁塑±茎焦迨妻 煎璺 空调节能技术在智能建筑中的应用 摘 要 智能建筑自产生以来，以其良好的使用功能，成为建筑发展的必然趋势。 现代社会正面临越来越严重的能源危机，建筑节能越来越受到重视。一般来 说，中央空调系统的能耗约占一栋商业大厦总能耗的40％以上。因此，本文的研究 结果对智能建筑的建设单位、系统集成公司如何引入建筑物自动化系统，特别是 建筑物中耗能耗电大户一暖通空调系统的节能节电问题，具有现实的指导意义。 本文以智能建筑自动化系统(BAS)为研究背景，阐述了建筑物自动化系统的 应用结构和特点，该系统以“分散控制，集中管理”为特征的集散型控制系统， 概述了建筑物自动化系统的各个组成部分与系统构成，分析了建筑物自动化系统 的发展方向。 本文针对中央空调的控制特点，具体探讨了节能控制的主要途径，分析了控 制策略的选择，对建筑自动化系统中较为复杂的空调系统的工作原理及监控方式 进行了深入的讨论。以工程的观点，说明了中央空调节能控制项目的特点，系统 配置的主要原则和总体结构，介绍了中央空调控制工程应该遵循的设计依据。 本文结合大连市某学院图书馆中央空调系统的实际要求，进行了节能控制方 案设计，并给出了系统在软、硬件方面的具体配置和设计内容。 关键词：智能建筑，建筑自动化控制系统，节能，中央空调 盘!!盘堂：童垒亟±生垡垒圭 盘!!盘堂：童垒亟±生垡垒圭 !!!!!!吐 The Application of Air—condition Energy S aving Technology in Intelligent Building Abstract Because of its good function，Intelligent Buildings become certain trend of building development． Energy crisis is more serious to the world today，the building energy saving becomes more important，Commonly，The energy consume of that of business building． Accordingly，The findings ofthe paper have the directing meaning for the saving energy and electricity of the HVAC(Heating，Ventilation and Air—conditioning)equipment that consumes energy and electricity greatly in the building when construction units and system integrating firms invest the BAS． The application architecture and advantages of the BAS(Building Automation System)was introduced based the BAS in intelligent buildings．The BAS is distributed control system with decentralized control and centralized management， summarizes components and the system construction of BAS．The new development of the BAS Was also discussed． The paper mainly expatiates the control specialty of the air—condition system， concretely discusses the main approach of the energy saving control system，analyses the choosing of the control strategies，discusses the work principle and supervision method of air—condition system in BAS．On the engineering viewp
