PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 我国北方地区冬季降雪时间长，雪量大，气温低，积雪数日经车辆、行人碾压而被压实。路面上压实冰雪的清除问题关系到社会生产、人民生活、交通安全、环境保护等多个方面。 在了解目前国内外的主要除雪方法的基础上，提出一种适合中国国情的小型机械碎冰除雪车的设计方案，并对其进行了理论分析和实用结构设计，为国内生产该种碎冰除雪车提供了完整技术资料。 首先对道路上的压实积雪的物理机械性能进行分析研究，并查阅参考了目前的国内外有关该设备的大量资料，在已有成果的基础上，进行设计计算和机构创新，这些资料为本文设计计算提供了重要的理论依据。 根据路面压实冰雪进行挤压、切削、破碎的技术原理。确定了路面冰雪清除机械基本方案并分析了其工作机理。根据整机方案及相关条件确定了清除冰雪装置中关键部件碎冰刀的构造和有关技术参数；本文设计了带有碎冰刀、螺旋状集雪搅龙装置的清雪车，确定了其主要参数，传动方案和结构形式。 关键词： 除雪；碎冰刀；螺旋 PAGE PAGE III Abstract In northern China，the snow in winter is long，the amount of snow is large， the temperature is low，and the snow is compacted by vehicles and pedestrians for several days. The problem of removing ice and snow on the road is related to many aspects，such as social production，peoples life，traffic safety，environmental protection and so on. To understand the current main snow removal methods at home and abroad， put forward a kind of small machinery for ice China conditions except design of plough，and has carried on the theoretical analysis and practical design for the domestic production of the ice snow remover provides a complete technical information. First carries on the analysis research on mechanical properties of the compacted snow on the road，and refer to the current home and abroad a lot of information about this equipment，based on the previous research，the design and calculation of mechanism innovation，these data provide the important theory basis for the design and calculation. According to the technical principle of extrusion，cutting and crushing of ice and snow. The basic scheme of ice and snow cleaning machine is determined and its working mechanism is analyzed. According to the plan and related conditions to construct clear key components in the ice pick ice device and technological parameters were determined； this paper designed with crushed ice skates，spiral snow collection auger device snow remover，its main parameters，transmission scheme and structure.
