Strecker method with triethyl phosphite as a raw material, through a disproportion- ation reaction, the reaction format, methylation reaction, addition reaction, the reaction cyanamide, acidolysis reaction, the reaction and purification of the reaction of ammonium and other eight-step reaction to obtain the final 95 % of glufosinate original powder, the reaction yield can reach more than 30%. This article briefly describes Strecker synthesis glufosinate main process steps and chemical operations unit, and the entire synthesis process precautions are analyzed, hoping to explore new ways in the future glufosinate synthetic helpful.
