攀枝花学院本科毕业论文 攀枝花学院本科毕业设计 攀枝花学院本科毕业设计（论文） 螺旋升降平台设计 学生姓名： 黄 智 鹏 学生学号： 201210601125 院（系）： 机械工程学院 年级专业：2012级机械设计制造及其自动化 指导教师： 黄 小 兵 二〇一六年四月 攀枝花学院本科毕业设计 摘 要 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 螺旋升降器具有独特的外形、紧凑的结构和完全自锁的功能，广泛地运用于机械、冶金、建筑、化工、医疗、文化、卫生等各行业。其多功能的组合，能准确地完成顶升、降落、推进、翻转等动作，能按一定的程序和步骤精确地进行升降定位。 其具有体积小、功能多、重量轻、无噪音、结构紧凑、安装方便、使用灵活、动力源广、传动效率高、使用寿命长等特点。 本次设计的题目是螺旋升降平台设计，它主要包括驱动电机，减速机，蜗轮蜗杆，丝杆螺母，升降平台等组成。工作时，利用升降机上的电机和减速器带动蜗轮蜗杆驱动式装置中的丝杆作旋转运动，从而使得螺母作直线运动，因此平台沿着滑轨上下运动。本次设计的螺旋升降平台可以提升5吨的物品。 关键词：螺旋升降机；蜗轮蜗杆；丝杠螺母 PAGE PAGE IV PAGE PAGE II Abstract Spiral elevator has a unique shape, compact structure and completely self-locking function, widely used in machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemical, medical, cultural, health and other industries. The design of the subject is the spiral lifting platform design, which mainly includes the drive motor, reducer, worm gear, screw nut, lifting platform, etc.. When using the screw lift on the motor and the reducer drives the worm gear drive device for rotation, so that the nut moves straight, so the platform moves up and down along the slide way.
