PAGE 4 PAGE 3 摘 要 蒸煮罐采用一定压力的蒸汽或者电能对罐体进行加热，蒸煮罐具有受热面积大、热效率高、加热均匀、液料沸腾时间短、加热温度容易控制等特点。蒸煮罐锅内层锅体内锅采用耐酸耐热的不锈钢制造，配有压力表和安全阀，外型美观、安装容易、操作方便、安全可靠。 本人所设计的蒸煮锅，主要包括锅体、液体循环系统、锅盖、支座。其中锅盖采用自压紧式自动锅盖，支座选用耳式支座。 关键词：蒸煮罐，自动锅盖，支座 ABSTRACT The cooking pot is in certain pressure steam as the heat source can be used for electric heating，cooking pot has large heating area，high thermal efficiency，uniform heating，liquid material boiling time，heating temperature easy control etc..
