内 容 摘 要 随着经济与贸易的全球化，企业间的竞争日趋激烈,“快鱼吃慢 鱼”的现象已经使得企业信息化从原来的大型，集团型企业发展到 如今的中小型企业, 而机械制造行业本身流程和业务的复杂度又使 得其对信息化尤为依赖，尽管我国中小机械制造企业信息化已有二 十多年历史，但建设进程参差不齐、地区发展也不平衡。而这之中 最主要的原因在于 ERP 系统在我国机械制造业中的应用实施成功率 不高。 本文通过大量对机械制造企业和专业管理顾问的走访，梳理了 机械制造企业的一般业务模式、生产流程；并且了解到其中管理难 点、痛点所在。同时，通过对我国机械制造业的现状及发展状况进 行宏观分析研究，重点关注机械制造企业利用 ERP 工具进行管理的 状况和效果。研究发现，机械制造企业业务模式、生产流程复杂， 对 ERP 的需求迫切，但是 ERP 在我国机械制造企业的实施成功率不 高，使用效果不明显；笔者通过大量调研分析，总结出影响 ERP 在 机械制造企业实施成功率的重点因素和失败的具体原因。并在此基 础之上提出一套适合我国机械制造企业的ERP 实施步骤和方法。 关键词：ERP、机械制造业、重点因素、实施方法 1 ABSTRACT With the economical and the trade globalization, competition between terprise is intensing day by day,“the slow fashes ate by the fast fishes” The enterprise informationization has developed until now small- and-medium enterprise from the original major industry, Although Our country Small and medium-sized enterprise informationization had been more than 20 years, the construction advancement is irregular, and the local development is not balanced.
