铝合金结构在上海地区的应用 1 2 杨联萍 ,邱枕戈 ( 1. 上海现代建筑设计集团,上海 　20004 1 ; 2 . 上海建筑设计研究院有限公司 ,上海 　20004 1) 摘 　要 : 　铝合金结构由于其自重轻 、耐腐蚀 、易加工等特点 , 已被建筑工程界越来越多的关注和采用 。国内已在工业建 筑 、体育建筑和展览建筑中建成多座铝合金结构建筑物 ,并形成了上海市建设标准《铝合金格构技术规程》,编 制了国家规范《铝合金结构设计规范》。目前铝合金结构工程的结构体系分别为单层网壳结构和双向桁架结 构 ,构件断面形式分别为工字形载面和圆管截面 ,构件的连接节点形式有板式节点和球节点 ,连接方式以机械 连接居多 ,也有少量焊接连接节点 ,其构件材料牌号的选用为 606 1 和 5083 。本文在概述铝合金材料特性的 基础上介绍了上海地区大型公共建筑中的铝合金结构工程 ,及其结构体系 、材料选用 、节点形式 、构件断面和 尺寸等 。通过工程介绍和相关数据的比较 ,提出了铝合金结构工程设计时结构体系的选择 、构件连接方式的 确定和构造措施采取等应关注的几个方面 ,可供铝合金结构工程设计的参考 。 关键词 : 　铝合金 ; 空间结构 ; 节点 中图分类号 : TU 395 　　　　　文献标识码 : A 　　　　　文章编号 : 167 1 - 9379 (2008) 0 1 - 0053 - 05 Application of Aluminum Alloy Structur e s in Shanghai 1 2 YA N G L i anp i ng , QI U Z heng e ( 1.
