. . 摘 要 在全球保险业务中.机动车辆保险具有举足轻重的地位。机动车辆保险的查勘定损是汽车保险理赔的重要环节.如何提高工作效率.降低服务成本.已成为摆在我国汽车保险从业人员面前等待解决的问题。本文主要是以中国太平洋财产股份有限公司在机动车辆保险查勘定损的工作做法进行研究和分析。从现场查勘和定损流程入手.按照流程分别分析现场查勘和定损的主要工作内容。通过研究达到提高现场查勘工作实效性.定损工作准确性的目的。 现场查勘方面.首先对一般性事故现场查勘方法.包括照片的拍摄.测量工具的使用和现场单据的填写.分别对其使用的目的、使用中常见问题及处理方法进行分析。再通过对常见违约及欺诈案件现场常见现场的总结.分析常见违约虚假案件的查勘方法并通过具体案例进行说明。定损方面依照定损的基本流程.逐一分析其中涉及的工作内容。本章主要是对机动车辆损失项目中常见零件定损标准进行分析.通过调查机动车辆常见事故类型及发生原因.根据这些事故中的碰撞部位.找出其中常见易损的外观件和零件总成.分析它们的损失形式和定损标准.并用图片列举直观说明。 现场查勘工作做到了客观真实、准确完整.就为后续的定损工作提供了重要的现场依据.而把握好常见零件的定损标准.是做好理赔工作的关键。 关键词：机动车辆保险；流程；查勘；定损；研究 Abstract In the global insurance business, the motor vehicle insurance has the pivotal status.
