PAGE 毕业（设计）论文 系（部） 汽车制造系 专 业 汽车制造与装配 班 级 2010级汽车制造与装配四班 指导教师 赵老师 姓 名 张冬银 学号 201014081010135 发动机曲柄连杆机构的故障诊断与维修 【摘要】 在发动机维修中，曲柄连杆机构的故障诊断与维修是重中之重，它的维修好坏对发动机的正常工作和使用寿命有很大影响。文章对发动机曲柄连杆机构中机体组、活塞连杆组、曲轴飞轮组中的主要机件常见问题使用专用工具进行拆装、测量维修，采用对比试验的方法查找故障部件，用目视法对待维修机件检查，采取机械加工时期恢复其性能，针对一次性使用的零件，拆卸后不能重复使用；高速往复运动和高速回转运动的主要零件进行平衡和质量分组，防止造成运动时的剧烈振动。对于出场前涂有密封、紧固胶的零件，在重新安装时必须清除干净残胶、油污，涂上所规定的密封胶加以密封和紧固。认真规范的进行各项操作为发动机大修理清思路，掌握各机件的基本维修常识，和维修工具的使用方法，为以后维修积累经验，使发动机的性能发挥的更充分。 【关键词】 发动机 活塞 连杆 轴瓦 曲轴 维修 Fault Diagnosis and Excluding Abnormal Sound Based on Crank-connecting Rod and the Valve Mechanism ?
