羊毛防寒服防钻毛性测试方法研究 贠 秀 琴1 ，黄超1 ，苏 羊毛防寒服防钻毛性测试方法研究 贠 秀 琴1 ，黄 超1 ，苏 彩 霞2 ，姜 野2 ( 1 ． 陕西省纤维检验局 ，陕 西 西 安 710004 ; 2 ． 陕西羊老大服饰股份有限公司 ，陕 西 榆 林 719000 ) 摘 要 : 研究了羊毛防寒服钻毛机理和影响钻毛性的因素 ，包 括 羊 毛 质 量 、羊 毛 絮 片 质 量 、服 装 面 料 特 性 、服 装 缝 迹 等 。 采用织物缩水率机 ，对整件羊毛防寒服在洗涤方式 、时 间 、一 次 试 验 中 测试件数等测试条件下进行了实验 研 究 。 结合实际穿着需求 ，从 钻 毛 根 数 ，防钻毛性状况方面进行了评价方 法 的 分 析 研 究 。 实 验 结 果 表 明 : 提 出 的 测 试 和 评 价 方 法 ，能反映羊毛防寒服装的防钻毛性能 ，有助于羊毛防寒服防钻毛性能的控制和改善 。 关 键 词 : 羊 毛 防 寒 服 ; 防 钻 毛 性 ; 测 试 方 法 中 图 分 类 号 : TS941 ． 736 文 献 标 识 码 : A 文 章 编 号 : 1003 -1456 ( 2012 ) 05 -0053 -04 Test method research of the anti drilling performance in wool cold-proof clothes YUN Xiu-qin1 ，HUANG Chao1 ，SU Cai-xia2 ，JIANG Ye2 ( 1 ． Shaanxi Fiber Inspection Bureau，Xi an 710004 ，China; 2 ． Shaanxi Sheep Leader Group Co． ，Ltd． ，Yulin 719000 ，China) Abstract: This study is designed to the mechanism of wool drilling from woolen cold-proof clothes and the wool quality which affects the drilling，woollen wadding s quality，the specialty of shell fabric， seam stitching and so on． By testing 5 kinds whole wool cold-proof on the fabric shrinkage machine， made the experimental study the ways of washing，the testing time and the number of cases in one experiment and so on． Combine with wearing feeling，analytical investigation the evaluation methodology by amount of drilling and the condition of drilling． The experimental results indicate: the testing and evaluation methodology reflect the wool cold-proof clothes the property of preventing of drilling，it helps improve the preventing of drilling from the wool cold-proof clothes． Key words: wool cold-proof clothes; anti drilling performance; test method 羊 毛 防 寒 服 以 轻 盈 、随 身 、保暖性好的特点受到 人 们 的 青 睐 。目 前 ，我国羊毛防寒 服的生产和销售 主 要 集 中 在 陕 西 、内 蒙 古 和 东 北 等 地 区 ，全 国 羊 毛 防 寒 服 产 业 产 值 为 数 十 亿 元 ，陕西省榆林市自 20 世 纪 90 年 代 初 研 发 生 产 至 今 ，销 售 额 已 占 到 了 全 国 市 场 的 75 % ［1］ 。随 着 产 品 的 需 求 量 增 加 ，产 品 的 款 式 、 面 料 、色 彩 也 在 不 断 的 更 新 ，质 量 也 在 提 高 ，不 但 有 内 衣 系
