盐城师范学院毕业论文 毕业论文 促进江苏服务外包发展的路径研究 学生姓名 学 院 专 业 班 级 学 号 指导教师 2015年 5 月 21 日 促进江苏服务外包发展的路径研究 摘 要 近年来服务外包已成为促进江苏经济发展的一个重要经济增长方式。但与此同时江苏省服务外包也存在着管理水平薄弱、服务外包发展不平衡等诸多问题，如何解决这些问题，促进江苏服务外包的发展，是一个值得研究的课题。 文章通过分析目前江苏服务外包规模不断扩大、业务来源多样化、领域过于集中等现状，采用SWOT分析的方法，分析出江苏服务外包具有基础设施完善、科教人才方面领先、招商活动积极和交流平台完善等优势。同时政府的大力扶持和新行业新技术的发展也给江苏省发展服务外包提供了机会。江苏省服务外包也存在着管理水平薄弱、融资条件限制、地区发展不平衡、同质化竞争情况严重等劣势。法律体系的不健全、其他竞争国的竞争、国内压力大等也威胁着江苏服务外包的进一步提升。最后文章提出了诸如加大招商引资力度、结合地方特色发展服务外包、加强知识产权保护、拓展欧美外包市场等解决路径。 关键词：服务外包；SWOT分析；路径 Path to promote the development of Jiang su outsourcing research Abstract In recent years, outsourcing has become an important way to promote economic growth in Jiangsus economic development .But at the same time ,there are many problems such as weak management level service outsourcing development imbalances and other issues, how to solve these problems and promote the development of Jiangsu service outsourcing, is a subject worthy of study. By analyzing the present, Jiangsu service outsourcing expanding, diversifying sources of outsourcing, service outsourcing is too concentrated, many outsourcing companies and other situation, SWOT analysis and path using a combination of research methods, analysis of Jiangsu outsourcing have transportation, communications and other infrastructure facilities, leading science talent, investment activists and other advantages of perfect communication platform.
