内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文中文摘要 内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 本文运用土地整理基本理论，借鉴国内外土地整理实践经验，结合 我国北方地区实际，主要采用数学方法和设计比较法研究基本农田整理 规划设计理论与应用，并以国家投资土地整理重点项目——乌海市乌达 区乌兰乡等2个乡镇土地整理项目为例进行研究。主要取得了以下研究 成果： 1．深入探讨干旱区基木农田整理内涵，运用干旱区基木农田整理基 本理论特别是区域可持续发展理论指导基本农田整理实践，可以提高基 本农田整理的科学性和可行性，有利于全面实现基本农田整理目标和促 进区域可持续发展。 2．运用规划模型研究田块规模最优化设计，通过设定相关参数和约 束条件，计算田块最优规模，参照此标准改进田块设计，有利于更加科 学地节约用地，提高有效耕地系数。 3．断面设计是灌排渠道规划设计发展的优先方向，通过简化断面设 计公式和灌排渠道规划没计过程，可以克服以往该设计公式运算繁杂的 缺点，大大提高规划设计工作效率和进度。 4．在对乌达区土地整理项目进行可行性研究的基础上，运用土地整 理规划设计基本理论与方式、方法，结合当地实际，因地制宜，确定该 项目区的主干设施总体规划采用第三种方案，即分区规划方案。 关键词：干旱区基本农田整理，规划设计，集约用地，模型公式，乌海市 AbstractBased Abstract Based on the advanced experience of domestic and international In this paper，the basic theory of land consolidation，land consolidation experience home and abroad，combined with the practical in northern China，the main use of mathematical methods and comparison of design Design of Land Cons；olidation theory and application，and land consolidation of national investment in key projects．Ukraine Gimhae uda，District 2 towns of Ulan Township an example of land consolidation project．The main results obtained were as follows： (1)When the basic theories of arid land arrangement，especially the regional sustainable development theory， was correctly used tO guide the arid land arrangement practice，the scienti fic property and leasibility of the land arrangement would be improved greatly，the all—round goal of rural land arrangement would be realized，and the regional sustainable development would be promoted． (2)Through using the integer plan model，establishing the relevant parameterand restraining terms to study the designing of the best scale of field， we couldcalculate out the optimum area of a field．Furthermore．it did good to economize thearea and to improve effective coefficient of cultivated land more scientifically． (3)The design of economic section was the preferential development direction of irrigation channel planning and designing．Throusimplifying economic sectiondesign formula and design p
