N Abstract The reasons of distress from the rigid-frame arch structure of Longchuang bridge O situated in Nanning—Baise secondary highway of №.324 national road is analyzed in this L paper. It put forward integrated countermeasure of maintenance and strengthening. According U to the result of load time test after it was reinforced, its working capability satisfies H autucar-20 and trailer-120 standard. It resumes natural work and meets the needs of Z developing traffic and heavy-lorry. Compared to the project of demolishing it and rebuilding . a new bridge, it not only saves investment and time but also farthest reduces traffic W interrupted time in the main national road.
