小儿手足口病的临床表现及治疗方案分析 陈丽 南京军区福州总院儿科350000 【摘 要】目的：探讨小儿手足口病的临床表现，以便制定较为有效的手足 口病的治疗方案。方法：对于我院收治的56例手足口病小儿患者进行回顾性分 析，随机分为两组，对照组给予利巴韦林治疗，治疗组给予利巴韦林的基础上, 加用兀多莫德，分析疗效。结果：治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，P0.05, 具有统计学意义。结论：对于小儿手足口病的治疗，临床上治疗手段较多，本文 釆用利巴韦林联合匹多莫德的治疗效果较为明显，值得临床借鉴。 Abstract： Objective： To investigate the clinical manifestations of foot and mouth disease in children in order to develop more effective treatment of foot and mouth disease.
