摘要 洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV PAGE 1 德阳利森4800 t/d熟料新型干法水泥生产线烧成窑尾 工艺设计－P·O 42.5R；P·C 32.5 摘 要 本设计以新型干法水泥生产基本工艺为核心，以P·O42.5R和P·C32.5水泥的生产过程为主线，详细地论述了日产4800吨水泥熟料新型干法水泥厂整个生产工艺流程，这包括矿山开采作业、原材料烘干破碎、原燃材料预均化、原料配料、生料制备、生料均化、熟料烧成及冷却、水泥配料制成及水泥散装或包装销售等工序。根据产品要求主要进行熟料的矿物组成设计和配料计算；完成了物料平衡、主机平衡及储库这三大平衡计算，对主机设备进行了选型，由储库平衡来确定了堆场、堆棚和圆库的规格。重点设计车间为烧成窑尾，采用双系列五级旋风预热器，并在预热器与回转窑之间设置NC-NST-I分解炉。根据设计要求进行重点车间工艺计算和主要设备选型，合理安排车间工艺布置。同时对全厂生产工艺流程和生产质量控制系统进行了阐述。 为了适应现代水泥企业的发展要求，全厂引进国内外先进设备，使水泥的整个生产工艺流程顺畅，简洁。 关键词：水泥生产线；烧成窑尾；工艺设计；4800t/d；新型干法 Process Design on Kiln-end of 4800 t/d Clinker NSP Cement Production Line of DeYang LiSen - P·O 42.5R；P·C 32.5 ABSTRACT This design introduces the technological process of Portland cement produced by dry method amply and its daily clinker production is 4800 ton. which produce two types cement of P·C32.5, P·O42.5R. According to the output required in the project, we need to design composition of clinker mineral and do the burden calculation, aslo complete the three major balancing calculation of materiel, mainframe and warehouse, we decide to type of mainframe and Specification of warehouse according to the balance of materiel, warehouse. The system of burning charge end which used NC-NST-I vortex preheater with double catena and five steps are emphased in the design, fetches in the predissociation technology which puts up a decomposing furnace between the preheater and the rotary kiln advanced overseas. According to the requirement of design, we complete the technological calculation of key workshop and decide to type of main equipment, reasonable arrange the layout of workshop process. meanwhile we write the outline of the whole factory of the technological process and the quality control system of whole plant production and explanation. The equipments of the whole factory fetched in advanced both home and abroad, so as to the entire technological process of cement manufacture unhindered and succinctnessly.
