However, due to gradual market internationalization, domestic enterprises are facing a more and more complicated exterior environment as well as more and more uncertain factors, which bound to bring about severe and critical competition. As a result, to be competitive and in an invincible position in marketplace, it becomes a must for an enterprise to foster core competitiveness and re-think about developing strategy. As the biggest domestic processor in sisal scctor and a leading key agricultural industrialized enterprise, Guangxi Sisal Group should urgently take into consideration how to maintain and improve competitiveness as well as work out a correct developing strategy. Based on investigation and research upon development of sisal industry, this essay focuses Ott studying exterior environment and interior conditions of Guangxi Sisal Group, analyzing opportunities and challenges which Guangxi Sisal Group is encountering as well as its own advantages and disadvantages by the means of PEST Analysis, Five-power Analysis and SWOT Analysis.
