The introduction of evidence －based theory in medicine has led to modern medicine being more objective and accurate through the construction of evidence － based treatment systems and it introduces natural science methodologies into the experience －based treatment process. Similarly ，using it in a literature recommendation model ，a hierarchical recommendation can be constructed ，making the recommendation more persuasive and accurate. The method is applied on a real open data set ，through linear regression machine learning method to score ，stratify evidences and to build a hierarchical evidence－based recommendation system ，and it is proved that the method is effective and practical.
