但两组均未发生严重的毒副反应，并无中途停药。
结论
两组在改善中医综合证候及症状疗效方面的总有效率有显著性差异，内关穴位埋
线组明显优于对照组。在即时控制心室率、维持窦律、心电图疗效方面，内关穴位埋
线组总有效率略差于胺碘酮组，但两组在统计学上比较无明显统计学意义，说明内关
穴位埋线具有一定的复律和控制心室率的作用，也即抗心律失常作用。而在安全性方
面，内关穴位埋线组的不良反应明显少于胺碘酮治疗组，两组具有非常显著性差异。
因此，内关穴位埋线治疗房颤临床有效，且安全、便捷、可靠。

Abstract
Objectives
By using the randomized,controlled prospective clinical research methods，
comparing effects of catgut implantation at acupoint of Neiguan and Amiodaron
in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.To evaluate the efficacy and safety
of catgut implantation at acupoint of Neiguan in treating atrial fibrillation.
Methods
60 patients of Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital diagnosed as atrial
fibrillation and palpitation were randomly divided into two groups, test group
(catgut implantation at acupoint of Neiguan group) and control group
(Amiodaron group).On the basis of treatment on primary diseases and
anticoagulation,the control group were treated with the oral administration
of Amiodaron, take 200mg tid as initial dosage, after one week changed to take
