With the slumping of house prices, it is reckoned that the housing market has come to a turning point. Zhongtian house agency absconded with the money while Chuanghui house agency is on the verge of bankruptcy. Such negative news of real estate agencies are exposed one by the other. The stagnancy has do harm to real estate agencies in nearly every city. In Shijiazhuang, real estate agencies have also received a strong impact. Problems cumbering the development of this industry have emerged acutely. How can real estate agencies in Shijiazhuang survive and develop become an urgent problem. After a through analysis of Shijiazhuang real estate business, the author points out the central factors that holdback the development of it: Shijiazhuang real estate business has been developing blindly without a business tactic. With reference to both experience of Chinas main cities and development characters and realistic of Shijiazhuang real estate agencies, the author point out that Shijiazhuang real estate agencies need a management theoiy. For resovle the predicament at present and to think over the long-term development goals of enterprise, it was put forward closering cooperation,closing the city construction,openning up marketspace, expandding scheme and up selling of the new listings, to establish the group of the studying type，executing bzanding strategy sywnp, and opetming up segment market of selling retail to Shijiazhuang real estate business.Moreover, some suggestions are provide of business model for Shijiazhuang real estate business in this paper.
