It is growing up with the worlds domesticated pets culture. It comes into being a global pet economy with numerous various projects. Particularly in developed countries, it has become a huge technology system. The main research topics in several aspects： The proof and verification of pet foods processing technique； the graphic design of factory workshop； the Process Design of pet food； the model selection and count production of major equipment； the installation of major equipment； environmental protection； the analysis of Techno-economic. The pet foods processing technique is divided into raw materials receiving, materials feed cleaning, batching, mixing, grinding， extrusion, drying, spraying, cooling, screening, packaging and other a few basic processes. As pet foods manufacturing technique request, we use the spraying additive processes in the important raw material. This technique uses the mechanical hardness conveyor as far as possible, avoids smash by transmission, and increase the rate of finished products. The technique selects a scale-style batching process, and uses the Single Screw Extruder extrusion. It not only saves equipment investment also ensures the production quality. The subject designs the production line process of pet food by 10 tons/h. We determine the production process on the basis of study the international and domestic advanced production technology. According to the actual situation and the design principles, we scientific and reasonable come out to be plane design plan and major equipment arranging plan. We determine the type of major equipment by the process, material balance and day-production.
