Chapter 5 Shipment and Insurance Shipment basic knowledge (1)Freight: 纺织品服装的基本运费计收标准： 按毛重，又称重量吨（weight ton）计收运费，运价表用“W”表示。国际上一般用公吨（metric ton,缩写为M/T）为重量单位。 按货物体积/容积，又称尺码吨（measurement ton）计收，运价表用“M”表示。国际上一般用立方米(cubicmeter，缩写为M3)为尺码单位，计运费时1立方米作为一尺码吨。 按毛重或体积计收，由船公司选择其中收费较高的作为计费吨，运价以“W/M”表示。 按商品价格计收，又称从加运费，运价表中用“Ad.Val”表示。从价运费一般按货物的FOB价格的半分比收取。 附加运费： 超重运费(extra charges on heavy lifts) 超长运费(extra charges on over lengths) 直航运费(additional on direct) 转船运费(transhipment additional ) 港口附加费(port additional) 燃油附加费(fuel additional) (2)Container 20’’ (英尺)(IC 型8’×8’ ×20’)and 40’’（英尺）（1A型8’ ×8’×40’）。 国际上以20’’箱作为计算集装箱运输货运量的衡量单位，成为一个标准箱（TEU）。 Full container load (FCL) 整箱货； Less than container load (LCL) 拼箱货 （3）Time of shipment: 规定、明确的时间装运 Shipment during May 5月份装运 Shipment during May/June/July 5/6/7月份装运 Shipment not later than May 1st 不迟于5月1日装运 Shipment at or before the end of Sep. 于9月底或之前装运 规定近期装运 Immediate shipment 立即装运 Prompt shipment 即期装运 Shipment as soon as possible 尽快装运 规定见证后若干天装运 Shipment within 30 days after receipt of L/C (4) Port of shipment port of destination: Port of shipment: 货物起始装运的港口 Port of destination 最终卸货的港口 Choice of port One port each country more ports each country: e.g. 总公司拟定一份合同，货物从两个分公司分别装运。Port of shipment: shanghai/tianjin optional ports: 由于货源或销售市场暂不能确定 e.g. CIF LONDON, optional VICTORIA; FOB main Chinese ports (尽量不选择此规定) （5）Partial shipment Transhipment Partial shipment(分批装运)：只一个合同项下的货物分若干批或若干期装运。 e.g. shipment during June/July/August in three equal monthly. 6-8月份分3批每月平均装运。 Note: 除非信用证另有规定，否则允许分批装运； 卖方应在合同中注明“允许分批装运”，以获得主动权； 若卖方在其中一批的装运过程中没有按时、按量装运，则本批次及后面的批次均告失效。 Transhipment(转运) Note:除非信用证另有规定，否则允许转运； 如转运应，在合同中明文规定； 卖方应考虑转运的可能性和费用的负担问题，一旦合同作出规定，卖方必须严格遵守。 e.g. (1) Shipment during 1/2/3, with partial shipments and transhipment allowed.
