浅谈警用装备使用管理的现状与对策 摘要 警用装备作为警务人员工作时必不可少的工具，是提高公安队伍战斗力的重要保证，对保障民警的人身安全和执法权益具有至关重要的作用。提高警用装备使用管理水平是从装备方面为有效打击违法犯罪活动做好提前准备的一个重要环节，是提高公安队伍战斗力的重要因素，也是保障各项公安业务可以顺利进行的一个重要前提。随着科学技术的不断发展，警用装备的更新速度也在不断加快，打击违法犯罪行为，保护社会群众的生命安全和财产安全的要求和责任也在新形势下不断提高。因此，从警用装备使用管理出发，采取有效的手段提高警用装备使用管理的规范化程度，成为人们关注的焦点。基于此，本文对警用装备使用管理的现状以及在使用管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析，并在此基础上对如何提高警用装备使用管理水平进行了探讨。 关键字：警用装备；使用管理；对策建议 ABSTRACT Police equipment as the tools of police work, increase staff strength, the important factors that the personal safety of police officers has a vital role.
