Now, the global problem about shortage of food is worse and worse as time goes on. As a product from transgenic technology development, the genetically modified foods give us some hopes that we can solve the problem, and play a more and more predominant role in social and economic development. In the last few years, the transgenic technology develops very quickly. At the same time, the planting areas for genetically modified foods increase every day and the genetically modified foods business plays a more and more predominant role in social and economic development. But the technology development is sure to bring changes. Sothe transgenic technology inevitably brings some changes, of which are mainly about the potential safety concerns. These safety concerns mainly derive from the influence of genetically modified food on human health, environmental problem, and so on.
