小切口复位锁定板治疗老年人肱骨近段骨折的临床效果观 察 江苏省金湖县屮医院骨科211600 【摘 要】目的：探究并分析小切口锁定加压钢板治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折的临 床疗效。方法：选取我院自2010年01月?2014年12月收治的肱骨近端骨折患 者160例作为临床研究对象。随机分成观察组、对照组两组，观察组组患者80 例，采用锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折。对照组患者80例，肱骨近端骨折采 用传统T型钢板、三叶草钢板治疗。在进行手术一年的期间内，定期的对患者采 用物理治疗，并进行定期的随时访问调查，对术后两组患者的愈合情况进行记录 比较。结果：经过一年的临床观察，利用小切口锁定加压钢板技术骨折愈合速度 明显高于传统的T型钢板、三叶草钢板治疗肱骨骨折技术，愈合程度较好，且利 用小切口锁定加压钢板技术治疗肱骨近端骨折引起的并发症显著低于利用传统 的T型钢板、三叶草钢板治疗肱骨骨折技术。P0.05,具有统计学意义。结论： 经小切口锁定加压钢板治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折的临床效果显著，缩短康复时间, 具有一定的安全性及稳定性，值得在临床上推广。 【关键词】锁定加压；钢板；肱骨近端骨折；老年人 [Abstract] objective： To explore and an a lyze the clin ical effect of small incisi on locki ng compression plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in the elderly.Method： 160 cases of proximal humeral fractures treated in our hospital from 2010 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as the clinical study subjects.Randomly divided into observation group, control group two groups, Observation group of 80 cases, Treatment of proximal humeral fractures with locking compressio n plate .In the control group, 80 cases were treated with traditio nal T type steel plate and clover leaf.During the period of one year of operation, regular physical therapy was used in the patie nts, and regular visits were con ducted to compare the healing of the two groups after operation.Result： After a year of clinical observation, Treatment of humeral fracture with small incision locking compression plate technique was significantly higher than that of traditional T type steel plate and clover leaf, Better healing, And using small incision locking compression plate tech no logy in the treatme nt of proximal humeral fractures caused by complicatio ns was significantly lower than the use of traditional T type steel plate, clover leaf for the treatment of humeral fractures.P lt; 0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion： The clinical effect of locking compression plate by small incision in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients, Shorten recovery time, Has a
