建国初期上海连环画作者群体研究
摘 要
在建国初期的社会主义改造浪潮中，上海的连环画业改造也在如
火如荼的进行着。连环画在新的历史与时代背景下被新政权所重视而
得以焕发生机，被赋予宣传教育的新功能，而连环画作者作为连环画
业界的创作成员，在时代大势中接受了新政权的重新改造与处置。在
被改造的过程中，他们所经历的改造措施、反应与应对以及被改造结
束后的工作安排，他们分流之后的薪资待遇与生活状况，造成工作分
流以及收入、地位差别的原因，将是本文进行探讨的重点。

THE STUDY OF SHANGHAI COMIC WORKERS IN EARLY
STATEHOOD
ABSTRACT
In the wave of the socialist transformation after foundation, the transformation of
Shanghai comic industry is also in full swing. Comic industry is revitalized because it has
been valued by the new regime in new historical background, and has been given the new
function of propaganda. As a creative member of the comic industry, the comic workers
accept the transformation and management of the new regime. In the process of being
transformed, we focuse on the transformation measures they have experienced and their
response to these measures. Besides this, we also pay attention to the different working places
of these comic workers at the end of the transformation. On this basis, we try to discuss the
salary and living conditions in different comic workers, and analyse the reasons of the
difference in their income and social status.
