Ask students to find the wrong things in the picture. Use the dialogue
A: I bought this painting yesterday. It was painted in 1850.
B: I am afraid someone has cheated you. Look at the picture carefully. Was there ship in 1850?

Ask and answer in pairs like this.

Before the students read the dialogue on the next page, look at the title, the subtitle and picture and try to answer these questions.
