Most of the information in this procedure has been provided by Schweizer (Solrif frames manufacturer), some points had to be modified based on the constraints of the manufacturing platforms. 2、设备 Equipment: 工具 材料 十字螺丝刀一把 与光伏层压板匹配的索莱弗安装套件 六角螺丝刀一把 光伏层压板 气动胶枪一支 外包装与气动胶枪兼容的硅胶 塑料小铲一把 装框流程中固定组件位置的装框机 肥皂水一桶 组件固化架 切割刀一把 注意:一套索莱弗套件=4根铝框+2块沟槽连接块+2颗十字沉头螺栓+2块连接弯角+4颗六角螺栓 Tools Materials 1 Cross head screwdriver Solrif building kits for PV laminates 1 Allen keys (SW2) PV laminates 1 pneumatic silicone dosing pistol Silicone provided in a container compatible with the dosing pistol 1 plastic spatula Framing machine to hold the module in position during the framing operation 1 bucket of soap water Framework to store the modules for drying 1 cutter Remark: 1 Solrif kit = 4 aluminum profiles + 2 groove stones + 2 cross countersunk head screw + 2 complete angles+4 hexagon screw 3、层压板装框作业流程 Procedure for laminates framing: 将三元乙丙橡胶连接条塞入宽长边框沟槽内，完成后橡胶条不可存在紧绷、形变与拉伸现象。完成后，切断橡胶条，使其在宽长边框沟槽内长度适宜（图1） Insert it in the top profile without tension, deformation and stretching. Finally cut the joint at the correct length. (Picture 1) 将连接弯角装入两短边框，并用六角螺丝刀固定它们（图2） Assemble the angles in the right and left profile and screw them with an Allen key (Picture 2) 拧紧窄长边框上沟槽连接块中松弛的埋头螺丝（图3）。为保证装配过程中对胶带保护膜的移除，其两末端可以被撕开10mm。 Fasten loosely the grooves stones to the countersunk screws in the bottom profile (Picture 3).
