Step1 Lead in
Ask some questions.

Listen to the following music,and guess what kind of music it is.

I like/love/prefer music that……
Step2 Exercises
1.Ask students to open their textbook and circle the sentences .
2.Get students to complete the sentences to tell what kind of music they enjoy.Ask some students read their sentences.
Step3 Listening
Play the tape the first time and students only listen.Then play it for a second time. Students tick in the right answer boxes. Check the answers.
Ask some questions:What kind of music does Tony/Betty prefer?
Step4 Activity
Read the instructions to students .Ask students read the example in the box.
Work in pairs .Ask some students to perform their conversations to the class.
Step5 Presentation
Enjoy the music.Do you know who sings the song?
