Methods The data of 9 cases diagnosed to be Stanford type B thoracic aorti c di ssecti on by CT , MR ,I ADSA had been analyzed . The conditi ons of post- operati on and foll o w- up had been eval uated . Results In the 9 cases , 3 patients had been treated with i nterventi onal therapy and had been fi nished successfully only one ti me ,and eac h one under went pl ace ment of stent graft . Two patients had been verifi ed no endol eak , and a sli ght type Ⅰendol eak had been found i n 1 patient by post- operati on angi ography . One resi dual shunts disappeared , and no new endoleak occurred i n the t hree patients . The i nterventional t herapy was given up i n one pati ent because t he gui de- wi re coul d not be reached t he ab- do mi nal aortic t hrough t he real cavity of t he thoracic aortic , and i n another pati ent because of t he severe aorti c di stort . Con- clusion I nterventi onal t herapy of Stanford type B t horaci c aorti c wit h coated stent- graft is a safe , effective , less i nvasi
