Abstract Change analysis is a major application field in multi temporal remote sensing image st udy Different colors are
synthesized scientifically from the NDVI images of 1988 and 2000 as w ell as the image produced by the subtraction bet ween
the values of the tw o, w ith areas of different vegetat ion coverage in different colors. According to on-the-spot investigation
findings, the vegetation cover change of Fuzhou City is grouped into eight categories in terms of the different colors in the
image and t he coverage changes in different areas.
