青岛理工大学 毕 业 论 文 题目： 装饰工程质量控制 学生姓名： 学生学号： 院系名称： 土建工程系 专业班级： 监理122班 指导教师： 刘杏 2015年06月06日 青岛理工大学毕业论文 PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 近年来，伴随着我国经济的迅速发展，文化设施的建设也在各大城市中如火如荼的展开，许许多多风格迥异，造型独特的建筑品涌现在世人眼前，让现代化的城市充满艺术的气息。在这些文化地标的兴建过程中，装饰工程起到了至关重要的作用，它给人以视觉的冲击，加深了人民对城市的印像。大力提高装饰工程质量已成为地产开发商、建筑承包商以及装饰装修公司生存壮大的首要条件。 本文以青岛大剧院装饰工程项目作为研究背景。首先阐述了论文的研究背景、研究目的及意义，指出了装饰工程质量控制的国内外研究现状；接着阐述了装饰工程质量控制的基本概念、基本原理、基本方法、发展历程等；然后结合我国装饰工程的施工现状，指出了目前装饰工程存在的问题并加以分析，从不同方面阐述了装饰工程质量的影响因素青岛大剧院项目装饰工程实施为例，从生态协调性、环保性、地理区位等方面对工程质量内涵进行了扩充，对项目实施过程中各项质量控制举措加以分析，证明了集成化质量控制体系的科学性与实用性，同时，该质量控制体系对于创建精品工程具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 关键词：装饰工程；质量控制；广义质量管理；集成化质量控制体系 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinas economy, the construction of cultural facilities also in major cities in full swing, Xu many different styles and unique buildings Chung now in front of the world, so that modern city full of artistic atmosphere.?In the construction of these cultural landmarks, the decoration works played a vital role, it gives a visual impact, deepen the peoples impression of the city.?Greatly improve the quality of decoration projects has become a real estate developers, construction contractors and decoration companies to survive and grow the primary conditions.
