八年级(下)Unit8 Why don’t you get her a scarf?教学设计 毛坝河初级中学 教材分析: 本单元以“买礼物为主要”话题,引入表达意见的日常交际用语,并借助关于谈论买礼物的对话引入的用法。 学生分析: 学生在以前已经学到过一些提建议的表达方式,如:。本单元通过学生感兴趣的话题再一次呈现提建议的表达方式,学生应该能很轻松的掌握。 教学目标: 1、知识与能力:本单元以“买生日礼物为主要”话题,引入表示的日常交际用语How/What about...?Why dont you...? 2、过程与方法:在教学中要注重教学的基本策略,成功——喜悦——兴趣、自主——探索——能力、合作——互动——共享。加强练习对职业的询问以及回答。 3、情感态度价值观:学会抓住文章的重点内容,把握文章的中心思想和主要脉络,从而提高阅读能力。从中学会如何与人交往,如何与周边的人友好相处,如何关爱身边的亲人。 教学重点:The way of giving suggestions. 教学难点:The way of giving suggestions. 教学步骤: Step1:Lead –in Greeting Free talk Ask them some questions about their family members to lead into Mothers’ Day and Fathers’ Day. Step2:(Word competition) (1) Ask Ss to think out some words about guits which they can give to their friends and relatives. (2) Every group choose one or two classmates to write their ideas on the blackboard. (3) The group which give the most and correct words is the winner,and they can get a red flower as an adward. (4) Ask the student to read the words. Step3:Pre- task Try to give the girl some advice about her motner’s birthday . Use the sentence patterns: Why don’t you do .......................? Why not do .............? How about ......? What about ..........? Step 4: Pairwork (1) Ask Ss make their own conversations in pairs.At the same time encourage them to use more new words and experssions. (3) Ask several pairs to act out their conversations.The pairs which act the best can a small gift. Step5:Listening (1) Read the four sentences to Ss.
