摘 要
21世纪的新课程标准倡导“以人为本、注重发展” 的理念,高中数学教学“同课异构”的实施给每一位一线教师一个展示个人教育智慧和人格魅力的大舞台,并且前所未有地建立了教师之间互相学习、师生之间合作交流、共同成长的新平台。本文基于个人高中数学教育教学活动中实践体验和感悟,结合新课标和教育教学理论从四大方面阐述了高中数学“同课异构”的具体实施。
第一部分介绍高中数学“同课异构”的理论。包括一般概念、实施的目的和意义,及辨析“同课”与“异构”关系基础上深度剖析“同课异构”的实质。
第二部分具体介绍高中数学“同课异构”的实施。包括实施的三大原则、两条主要途径、六种常见形式。其中列举大量的教学案例片段和使用比较分析的研究方法。
第三部分详细阐述高中数学“同课异构”实施后的感悟。包括实施后呈现出的特色、如何客观评价实施活动、及需要避免的误区。
第四部分是对高中数学“同课异构”实施的后续反思,并从三个方面阐述了它对教师专业成长的促进作用。
本文结构由十一章组成,紧扣新课标理念结合丰富的教学案例,阐述了高中数学“同课异构”的实施理论和现实意义。

Abstract
The new curriculum standard of 21st century advocates the idea “people-oriented, focusing on developing”. The implementation of high school mathematics teaching way of “the heterogeneous classes” has given each front-line teacher a big stage to show their teaching wisdom and personal charisma, and it also unprecedentedly builds a new platform of learning, cooperating, exchanging, and growing between teachers and students. The thesis illustrates the concrete implementation of “the heterogeneous class” in senior school mathematics from four parts, based on the personal practical experience and inspiration of high school mathematics education, combining new curriculum standard and educational theory.
The first part introduces the implementation of heterogeneous classes in high school mathematics, including general concept, the purpose, significance of implementation, and the analysis of the essence between “same class” and “heterogeneous class”.
The second part introduces the implementation of the heterogeneous classes in senior school mathematics in detail. This part includes three principles of the implementation, the two main paths and six familiar forms, enumerating a number of teaching case fragments and a comparative analysis of the research methods.
In the third part, it also elaborates perception of “the heterogeneous classes” in senior school mathematics. This part includes the feature of implementation of the specific results, how to evaluate the implementation
