Do you look up to the basketball players?
Look up to means admire.
We not only look up to Jordan but also Kobe, because they are good at playing basketball.
They are our heroes.
视屏激发兴趣,并引出新单词not only…but also… look up to, hero.
2. Teacher says: “Basketball is an invention too. ”Then ask Ss “Do you know when basketball was invented?”
Students try to guess what they will learn according to the title and the picture.
老师说出篮球也是一项发明,并询问学生篮球是何时发明的,产生信息差,激发阅读兴趣。
