郑州大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE 2 PAGE PAGE 1 摘要 银行保险合作作为世界经济一体化和金融服务融合的产物,已成为银行和保险业开辟新市场、提高利润率的重要手段目前,我国银行保险还处于起步阶段,分析我国银行保险的现状及存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,有利于进一步深化我国银行与保险公司之间的合作。 随着中国改革开放的进程进一步加大，作为中国经济发展中重要的三个金融工具银行、保险、证券现已初现一体化模式。即有第三方存款、有银行保险等新兴事物，银行保险如何在银行业务中长久发展，创新的产品是关键。 开展银保合作是银行业务发展的需要，是保险公司展业和扩大规模的需要，并且银行代理保险业务发展潜力巨大。但是银行保险业务现阶段仍然存在不少问题，二者应当积极开展创新合作，全面提升银保合作水平。 关键词:银行保险存在问题对策 合作的必要性　存在问题 Abstract Bank insurance cooperation as the product of world economic integration and financial service integration, open up new markets has become a banking and insurance, an important means to improve profit margins at present, our country the bank insurance is still in its infancy, the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of bank insurance, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, is conducive to the further cooperation between Banks and insurance companies in our country.
