SectionB (1a-1e, 3a-3b) Designed by He Ling 一、教学目标: 1. 语言知识目标: 1) Master these words:blonde, mouth, round, face, eye, singer, actor, actress, first of all. 2) Be able to describe others’ looks correctly. 2. 情感态度价值观目标: 帮助学生正确表述人物的相貌(友好地、客观地),并不以貌取人。 学会只有互爱、互助、互勉,才能共赢。 二、教学重难点 正确、熟练地描述人物相貌。 三、教学过程 Ⅰ. Warming- up and revision What do they look like? Watch a video and then ask the students to describe the persons in the video. T: Do you like drawing? Let’s draw. Play a game of changing the outfit. Sum up the structures used to describe people’s looks. Ⅱ. Presentation Work in groups and write the words describing the people as many as possible, e.g. tall, thin, … black hair, round face … Watch a video(the students can say along.) Then ask one or two students to repeat the body parts mentioned. Show some pictures of my family on the big screen, and present the new words and expressions in this period.(blonde, mouth, round, face, eye,) 2. Work on 1a: Match the words with the pictures. Ⅲ. Writing 1. Read the phrases in the box in 1b and write these words in the correct box. has wears 2. Make sentences about famous people with the words. e.g. Zhao Benshan has a long face. 3. Fill in the blanks and check each other. Ⅳ. A guessing game.
