In this proposed measure, without the help of circulating pump the electrolyte flows from an elevated tank and through the reactor under the drive of gravity force. Moreover, the heat produced by the electrolytic reaction in the proposed tubular reactor is sufficient for the reactor to maintain its operating temperature in a suitable range.
