Step1. Leading in?
1.Greeting everyone
2.Enjoy a song with students.
3.Show some pictures of clocks and ask students to tell the times together.
4.Games : help students to say times.
Step 2. Present the new words and phrases
1. Show some pictures to teach the the following activities: get up, brush teeth, take a shower, get dressed, eat breakfast, go to school, usually, forty. Have students repeat them and make sure all of them know what they mean.
2. Show students an example “My busy morning” , then present the sentences about the time I do this activities,for example: I usually get up at six thirty.
3.Play a game.

Have students read the phrases in activity 1a carefully and match the words with the pictures.
Check the answers with the class1.c 2.d 3.b 4.f 5.e 6.a
Step4. 1b
Play the recording for students to listen. Let them find the right times that Rick do the activities and draw lines between the pictures and the clocks. Check the answers by asking the following question: What time does Rick get up?
