The system uses ZigBee technology ，with STMS32 as the core ，to monitor the dust concentration ，indoor temperature ，humidity ，wind speed in flour mill ，and to control the equipment in the factory through the monitoring results. The experimental results show that the system is stable in opera⁃ tion ，reliable in data transmission ，timely in alarm and control ，and can meet the requirements of real-time environmental monitoring and control in flour mills.
