The prevention of mental illness is more instructive if putting film as the case of psychological research. Because, filmas an art form is from life even higher than life. In this paper, the movie quot;Black Swanquot; which is a realistic theme was as an example. Commence writing was carried out and some psychological problems were found out. Based on psychological theory and the transformation of heroine Nina, some psychological reasons including of the dream, multiple personality, self bondage, obsessive-compulsive disorder, the pursuit of perfectionism, too lonely schizophrenic were given. The film dig the artist’s inner world and shew the heroine mania transformation, which was thought-provoking. At the same time, the quot;Black Swanquot; reveals the existing social phenomenon to some extent. It can save more tragedy, improve the lives of real people’s quality and finish human development perfectly without questions through analyzing psychological phenomenons and finding the methods to solve the psychological problems using the knowledge of psychology. 1 Keywords: Psychoanalysis; Transformation; Psychology 1.引论 1.1 问题的提出及目的 随着社会的发展，生活节奏的加快，人类面临的生存、生活压力逐渐增多，其导致的心理问题越来越多。如何发现、预防、治疗心理问题成为当今众多心理学工作者关注的重点。其中，以“剖析案例--提出应对方案--将方案应用于实践”的心理疾病防范方案因过程简单、成效显著而最为受欢迎。目前，常见的被剖析案例分为现实案例、艺术作品等。艺术来源于生活高于生活，在现实的基础上加以想象，这样的案例更具有现实预防作用；欧美等发达国家因工业发达，所面临的社会问题更多，欧美电影产业发展较早，体系完善，内容丰富，是电影产业的佼佼者，涌现出一大批反应现实的文艺作品，随着网络的普及和发展，其也成为越来越多观众的选择。 心理学是一门社会科学和自然科学的交叉学科，旨在揭示人类心理和行为活动发生、发展的规律。心理活动包括认知、情感、意志等基本的心理过程和气质、性格、能力、信念、世界观等基本的心理特征和心理倾向[1]。心理学起源于西方两千多年前的希腊哲学，直到十九世纪后半叶，在生物学和生理学的带动和影响下，于1879年德国人冯德在莱比锡大学建立了世界第一所心理实验室，开始了正式的心理学试验工作，心理学才从哲学中分离出来
